|During the project I was doing a research on habit formation and it is steps. The habit fromation has three steps. A habit may be initially triggered by a goal, but over time that goal becomes less necessary and the habit becomes more automatic. To be aware of out habits and reach our goals the most important part is adaptation and reaction and we need to know the steps of the formation.|
|We need to be more aware of our past experiences, to deal with our future and avoid unexpected happenings. There are no voice assistant services on the market that are adaptive on different aspects of our lives.
For it is strong moral aspect, there is an application that connects to this smart home device. That is the part that collects the data, as far as it is with you the whole day. And also the key to be able to get notifications on the smaller screen but most importantly to let it give you advices for the future.
